FKLs response to the current legacy of the construction and housing boom aims to identify immediate uses for redundant and unfinished buildings and partially developed sites with a view to establishing sustainable long-term futures. Significant resources have been committed to structures that may never be required for their intended use. A variety of solutions are proposed which explore the intrinsic value of these assets, rather than their assumed market value, and within the life time of NAMA aim to establish long term propositions which are socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable.
